 One of my hobbies is photography. That might sound odd, since it's also my job, but the fact of the matter is that my work photography is quite different than my hobby work. Some people worry that when they make a job out of a hobby, they will lose the fun and the love for it. Thankfully, that did not happen to me and I can keep both!

 Are you getting photos printed? Hooray! I'm so glad to hear that! But did you know that it does matter where you get those precious images printed? If you want to be happy when you pick them up or open that package, here are a few dos and don'ts of printing photos.
 The first year goes so fast and you've captured it in milestone sessions so the last thing we want is to let those precious memories sit on your computer. Many people think that nice photo albums are just for weddings. I'm here to tell you that they are not just for weddings and the first year of your child's life is a great thing to put in an album!
 This is going to sound funny, but I"m as surprised by this announcement as you are!
Seriously, this was not on my radar as something I would do in 2023, but when it popped into my head I thought, "why not?", and so here we are.  I encourage my clients to print out their photos and I make it easy for them to do so through their gallery. But what products should you get? I recommend certain products based on the type of session you did.
 Canvases are beautiful, high-quality products, with or without a frame. But did you know you can get the look of canvas and put it into a frame you already own? You don't have to find a new place to hang a canvas with canvas prints.
 This was a little bit of a fail for me. I had a client who was interested in potentially purchasing an album and she wanted to see an example but I didn't have one. I knew I needed to remedy that as quickly as possible! And the process solidified even more how much I love working with White House Custom Colour!!!!

In this post, I am diving into the different cover options that I provide from the myriad of choices offered by my lab, White House Custom Colour.
 My lab is coming out with new products all the time but I can't and don't incorporate every offering because that would be way too much for you and me! But the introduction of the layflat book has me very excited and I think you should be excited too!
