There are so many options when it comes to getting your photos printed in an heirloom book format. How do you know which style is best for you? Today I am breaking down the options that my lab, White House Custom Colour, provides and giving you my thoughts on what I would recommend to my clients!
Personally, I recommend the layflat book. It gives you a slightly more elegant product but without the price tag of the album. If you are looking to build a collection of photo books, I would recommend the hardcover book. It will stand up to time well and is a quality product but comes down a little bit more in price.
The albums are your highest quality item and the price tag matches. Softcover books are the lowest quality (but still very nice since nothing WHCC makes is low quality) and if you want to gift photo books to your family for Christmas, they are an excellent option. I hope this break down is helpful as you make decisions. Stay tuned for a more in-depth look at cover material options! All the product specs are directly from White House Custom Colour. Hi! I'm Sarah!
I am a natural light portrait photographer. I've been taking photos since 2014 and would eat a smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafe for lunch everyday if I could. Thank you so much for stopping by. I blog about sessions, things I'm learning, stuff in my life, and information for YOU, my client. If you like what you see around the site, I'd love to work with you! I'd also love to connect with you on Instagram. I'm @sarah_jayne_photo :) Archives
