I know that some people are shifting away from printing wallets of their senior photos for their grad party, (sadly), but many still do. However, it is also a detail that can sometimes be forgotten until the last minute. What do you do? The first option is to not have them at all. If some family want a photo, that can always be printed at a later date and everyone else... oh well. There is no rule that says you *have* to have wallets, so this is your permission to not do it.
Another option is to order them from somewhere like Mpix and have the order rushed. This costs more, obviously, but if this is important to you, then it will be worth it. You'll have your photos and they will look good too! Whatever you do, please don't print them at a one-hour drugstore service. You will NOT be pleased with the result. The third option is to order them as usual and then put them into the thank you cards. I know people who have done this if they have a lot of photos left over, but I've also known people to do it who forgot to put them out at the party! Obviously then the guests aren't picking their own photo but at least they are getting one! And if you have way too many, you can always include a few options for them. I really like this last option because it is the best of all worlds. You aren't stressed, you aren't spending more money, and people still get photos to put on their fridge and have for a memory. So if you forgot to order wallets, don't freak out! Just order the photos and send them in the thank you notes! Everyone is happy :) I know that planning a graduation party is a lot of work with a lot of details and things can slip through the cracks. Hopefully now this detail will no longer cause you stress if it gets left until the last minute and you can focus on the joyful celebration of your child graduating from high school!!!
