I feel like I should preface this post with some disclaimers:
Cytozyme B is a natural supplement that we got from our naturopath for something one time. It also is supposed to help with fatigue and it has worked really well for me.
There are times when I get really tired for no apparent reason. I'm sleeping fine, I'm not too busy, but I am just tired. It usually takes a few days for me to realize what it going on and then I start taking cytozyme b. I take one or two tablets (crushed up in applesauce because swallowing pills is really hard for me) for several days to a week and my fatigue goes away. It also can help me when I am not sleeping well and have a busy season. Although I use my energy essential oil roll-on more for that kind of tiredness, since it's cheaper than the supplement :) Have you dealt with fatigue? What do you use?
